The theme will be "Carbon Market Experience and Future Development", the agenda is sent out by email and can be seen by clicking below. The meeting starts at 0900 am and the location is Radisson SAS Atlantic. There will be a spot arranged to meet in the evening before (the 18th of October) in Stavanger. After the meeting there will be a dinner at PAPARAZZI (www.paparazzi.no) starting at 1900. Registration should be done through our secretary Torild Groneng by responding below. Wednesday: As usual we will meet on Wednesday evening (the 30th of September) for an informal dinner at a local restaurant in Ålesund.

Thursday: The topic of this year’s autumn meeting will be “Additional price areas – progress or regression?”
Svenska Kraftnät is currently working on a proposal on how to split Sweden into more price areas. We think it would be an excellent opportunity to listen to speakers who will be able to give us background information to why this step is taken but also speakers representing different views on the implications of such measures. We have also invited EFET to talk about financial transmission rights.

For the afternoon session Øjvind Hammer will enlighten us in how mental processes control our life and performance. Øjvind Hammer works as a motivational coach and has worked as Ole Einar Bjørndalen’s personal mental coach.
